Massage, classes and guided sessions
- Cancel or move your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts.
- Inside 24 hours, or if you don't turn up, the booking is charged in full. Someone was holding that slot for you.
- To change a booking, reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp. The time we receive your message is the time that counts.
Events and workshops
Tickets for events and workshops are non-refundable, but you can give your place to someone else. Tell us their name before it starts and we'll swap it over.
Day passes and packages
Day passes and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Session packages are valid for 2 months from purchase, so plan your visits inside that window. If something serious gets in the way, talk to us; we're human about it.
Private hire and retreats
A deposit confirms a private hire booking. The cancellation and refund terms for that booking are set out in your quote and confirmation, and those terms apply in place of the ones on this page.
If we have to cancel
Sometimes the weather wins, or an instructor is unwell, or we have to close. If we cancel something you've booked, you choose: a full refund, or the same booking on another date.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Big Day Out, which handles our bookings and payments. Most arrive within 10 working days; how long it takes after that is down to your bank.
